EDSN 529: Managing Classroom Behavior

Course Description:                                                                     4.5 CEUs

This course will help educators understand the context of students’ challenging behaviors in the general classroom on a daily basis. Understanding the context of these behaviors, and creating a positive classroom community with high student engagement is the heart of this course. Participants will develop effective evidence based management strategies that include classroom planning, organization, and high quality instruction. This course requires a total of 45 contact hours of study.

Textbook: The Classroom Management Book, 2nd Edition
