Rob, Catherine & Argy started this journey at Plymouth State University in August 2010. The conference challenged all three of them to “dream big” about the possibility for the Arts in Maine, and this past Monday the snow wasn’t about to slow them (and their teacher leaders) down from closing out the fourth phase of their planning, and drafting plans for the fifth phase.
